Sometimes everyone has thought about a life without problems. When you think about it for a while, it starts to sound tempting. You find yourself saying, “I wish my life were perfect.” Unfortunately, such a life doesn’t exist. People of all ages have their troubles, big or small. At times, those troubles make us feel like we’re drowning. We find ourselves trapped, suffocated, and certain that we’ll never escape. It hurts. Our hearts cry out, “Enough, I don’t want to suffer anymore.”
We tell ourselves lies — that there’s only one way out.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. Look at yourself. Look in the mirror. Focus on the person you see — is that really what you want? Sometimes we think there’s only one path, but that’s never true. There is always another way.
